Arrives in Europe the Freedom OTS, Rome with the Civitavecchia port among its harbors

Freedom of the Seas (Royal Caribbean) has completed 24 days of dry-dock in 2015 and starts the new season in the Caribbean, before arriving in the Mediterranean from May to October.

The recent refit involved a few eateries update, adding new cabins, a new lounge bar, the R-Bar, and new furnishings throughout the ship.
67 new rooms are added, and among these is the new category Panoramic Ocean View, located on top of the front of the ship, which offer a spectacular view to the outside.

Passengers-to-space ratio.
It has between 3784 to 4541 passengers on a typical sailing. This means Freedom of the Seas has a space ratio of 34.

The Freedom of the Seas has 1360 crew members on board. There are 3 passengers for every crew member on board.

Costa Cruises suspends travel to the Mediterranean
