From the port to the Civitavecchia train station on foot

The distance on foot from the port is quite short, and varies from less than 1 km to 1,5 km.

From Forte Michelangelo exit at Varco Fortezza and take Via Giuseppe Garibaldi, then follow the signs for the train station, it is a walk of about 600 meters.

From Largo della Pace, pass the roundabout and take Via XVI Settembre, then continue to the end, then turn right. Take, finally, via Giuseppe Garibaldi and follow the signs for the train station. In this case the walk is a bit longer, about 1.5 km

From the port to the Civitavecchia train station by bus

You have to go to the Largo della Pace Service Center to get a CSP City Bus. The bus takes about 10 minutes to get to the Civitavecchia train station.

CSP City Buses going to the station run about every 20 minutes.

Tickets can be purchased in the Largo della Pace Service Center, at the pizzeria Mastro Titta (located near Largo della Pace and open from 10 AM to midnight), at the authorized Coffe-Bar inside the ADM Terminal, or at the News-Stand and the Coffe-Bar inside Civitavecchia railway station.

One way ticket costs 2 Euro (luggage included).
