We offer a door-to-door Civitavecchia transfer from / to your hotel in Central Rome, or Rome Airport. We are specialized in Rome airport transfers too.
Our Civitavecchia taxis are authorized to arrive under your cruise ship.
Our drivers are able to pickup (or drop-off) you under the ship, just outside the security control area (the tent), whatever your cruise ship is: Celebrity, Royal Caribbean, Norwegian, MSC, Costa,…ALL.
OUR SERVICE SAVES YOU THE TROUBLE OF CARRYNG YOUR LUGGAGE, COVERING MORE THAN 400 METERS.
WE SUGGEST to stay away from chauffer services, cabs and taxis obliged to stop at the entrance of the port, not having the necessary authorizations.
Currently all Not Authorized buses, cabs, taxis and chauffeur service arrive directly to the service center Largo della Pace, the main information point of the Port of Civitavecchia. From here you have to reach the docks through a free shuttle service.
Frequently Asked Questions
Unless otherwise stated, credit card details are required only to guarantee the reservation. Drivers are to be paid in cash (Eur) when you reach your destination, 10% of extra charge for credit card payment.
NIGHT SERVICE. In the case of night service (6 PM – 6 AM) there will be a surcharge of 15 Eur.
There will be no charge if you cancel your reservation by e-mail within at least 48 hours before date of requested service. If is not done in these terms, our company reserves the right to debit the “no show fee” on your credit card which is the total amount (100%) of requested services.
If the wheelchair is foldable, and you do NOT need a ramp or elevator, you can reserve a minivan or a van.
If you have a foldable mobility scooter that once closed becomes like a suitcase, you can reserve a minivan or a van.
Please do not reserve a standard car or a Mercedes-Benz E Class if you have a foldable wheelchair or mobility scooter, cause your booking will be considered invalid.
All our prices for Private Transfers are for cash payment including Taxes and Fees. There is a 15% of extra charge for credit card payment.
Gratuities are not included, but you are not forced to tip a driver, give it to him only if he really satisfied you. A good tip goes from 5 to 10 euros.
Toddlers are not required to be in a car seat when riding in a taxi/limo. We encourage our clients to book at least a minivan, if you want to have 1 baby carseat in car (guaranteed at 99%). Although we will do everything possible this can not be 100% guaranteed.
We offer a DOOR-TO-DOOR SERVICE:
1) You will be picked / left in front of your hotel or private address in Rome.
2) Exactly under the ship at the Civitavecchia Port.
3) At your Terminal in Rome Airport.
Please put your arrival time. Your driver is aware that you need your time to take your luggage and pass customs. He will be on time to pickup you at the Meeting Point with a greeting board and your name on it.
Or viceversa? Yes we can, same price. So, in the booking form, please, select the route Civitavecchia Port to Fiumicino airport. In the comment field clarify that you need to go the an Hotel in Fiumicino (be sure it is located in Fiumicino like Hilton Airport or Hilton Garden Inn). We will dropoff you there.
Need a to be picked up from a Rome Airport Hotel? Select the route Fiumicino Airport to Civitavecchia Port, in the flight fields of the booking form put the hotel name and address. Clarify all in the comment field.
Rome Marriott Park Hotel is NOT an Airport Hotel; it is a Rome Hotel. Infact, it is situated 16 km from the International Airport Leonardo da Vinci Airport (FCO) and is 15 km from St. Peter’s Basilica and the Sistine Chapel!
Yes we can drop-off you or pickup you in Civitavecchia Town for same price.
The cost for hotel near Civitavecchia port is the same like you go to the port. So, in the booking form, please, select the route Fiumicino airport to Civitavecchia Port. In the comment field clarify that you need to go the a Hotel in Civitavecchia. We will dropoff you there.
If you need to be picked up in a town, select the route Civitavecchia Port to Fiumicino airport. In the ship fields put the hotel name and address, and clarify all in the comment field of the booking form. We will pickup you at your hotel.
