Driver will meet you just under the Norwegian Gem boarding your lastname and help you with your luggage, and transfer you to your accommodation in Rome. DOOR-TO-DOOR service!

Your driver will meet you right on the pier next to your ship holding a sign with your name in the reservation. You do NOT need to take a bus or shuttle to leave the disembarking area. Your driver will have a greeting board with your name on it.
In order to respect the other passengers, the maximum allowed wait time is 20 minutes. It is recommended to be punctual.
