When the reservation is confirmed?
The reservation is confirmed and becomes valid from the moment of reaching the minimum number (not before) of travellers: 4 passengers.
You will be notified each time we get a new reservation, and when the shuttle is definitively confirmed.
When your card will be charged?
As soon as we reach 5 confirmed travellers (not before). A formal ticket to show to the driver will be sent to you by email.
Until 4 passengers, payment is due to the driver directly in cash.
Cancellation Policy
– If you cancel at least 7 calendar days in advance of the scheduled departure/commencement time, there is no cancellation fee.
– After you will be charged a 100% cancellation fee.

- at Civitavecchia Port your driver will wait for you under the ship, just after the Customs, boarding your last name;
- at Fiumicino Airport at the Meeting Point of Terminal 3 (T3);
- in Rome City, in front of your hotel or private address

Our drivers are AUTHORIZED to pickup (or drop-off) you under all the Cruise ships docking at the port, just outside the security control area (the tent).
