Payment policy
Price is per car NOT per person. Our rates are in Euros and the cost of the service will be paid in Euros cash or by credit card with a 15% service charge.
If you like, you can prepay the tour at time of booking by credit card (Visa, Mastercard and Amex), please EXPRESS AUTHORIZE US TO CHARGE YOUR credit card in the “NOTE” when you make your booking.
The rates include the use of our cars, English speaking driver, tolls. NOT included: meals, gratuities, entrance to museums.
Cancellation policy
Please, note that there will be no charge if you cancel your reservation by e-mail within at least 48 hours before date of requested service. If is not done in these terms, our company reserves the right to debit the “no show fee” on your credit card which is the total amount of requested services.
We reserve the right to cancel any tour due to adverse weather conditions or for any other reason and shall not be liable for any loss whatsoever to customers due to a tour cancellation. We will issue a full refund for all canceled tours, including those canceled due to a delay in ship arrival or an inability of a ship to call on a particular port. In order to receive a refund for a canceled tour, customers must submit a refund request by contacting us within 14 days of tour’s departure date.

Our drivers are AUTHORIZED to pickup (or drop-off) you under all the Cruise ships docking at the port, just outside the security control area (the tent).
