Pickup location is normally outside the door steps of your accommodation. Your driver will start the service at 11:00 AM. Due to the nature of the service, a precise pickup time is not possible. Exact pickup time depends on all hotels location and may vary. It may take 45/60 minutes to complete the process. Please be available to be taken in this time range.
In order to respect the other passengers, the maximum allowed wait time is 20 minutes. It is recommended to be punctual.

When your card will be charged? As soon as we reach 5 passengers (not before). Until 4 passengers payment is due to the driver in cash.
